First of all, I am a student who has been teaching video English for 5 years. It was my first time speaking English with an American teacher.
It was a little unfamiliar at first and there were some parts like that, but she helped me adapt quickly and I think I was able to get to know her right away through similar interests such as pop singers and American movies!!
She always talks a lot of fun, makes the English newspaper easy to understand even if the content is a bit difficult, and finds pictures of parts you don't know, making it a fun class!!
