My name is Nicole, I am a New York City born, Anchorage, Alaska raised teacher, actor, and writer. I have been teaching English to non-native learners for over 20 years. I started out as a volunteer teaching Chinese, Guatemalan and El Salvadoran refugees. I studied history and philosophy at Howard University in Washington, DC after that I did a three-year actor training program in Seattle, WA. 

제 이름은 Nicole입니다. 저는 뉴욕에서 태어나 앵커리지, 알래스카의 교사, 배우, 작가입니다. 저는 영어를 모국어로 하지않는 분들에게 20 년 이상 영어를 가르치고 있습니다. 저는 중국, 과테말라, 엘살바도르 난민을 가르치는 자원 봉사자로 시작했습니다. 워싱턴 DC의 하워드 대학교에서 역사와 철학을 공부 한 후 워싱턴 주 시애틀에서 3 년간 배우 훈련 프로그램을 수행했습니다.

My professional ESL career started in Madrid, Spain in 2005.  Since then I have worked with a wide variety of students: young learners, scientists, actors and directors, air traffic controllers, engineers and business executives. My students come in all ages and from all walks of life.

ESL 경력은 2005 년 스페인 마드리드에서 시작되었습니다. 그 이후로 어린 학생들, 과학자, 배우 및 감독, 항공 교통 관제사, 엔지니어 및 경영진 등 다양한 학생들을 대상으로 가르쳤습니다. 

Language learning is so much more than the technical aspects like grammar and vocabulary.  It is a journey towards developing a new way of seeing the world. As your teacher I am also a coach here to support you through that sometimes difficult process. As an actor I also have specific tools for improving pronunciation and listening comprehension. My classes are dynamic and fun focused on your specific needs. 

언어 학습은 문법과 어휘를 배우는 것 뿐 만이 아니라 세상을 보는 방법을 개발하는 여행이기도 합니다. 선생님으로써 저는 또한 어려운 과정을 통해 여러분을 지원하기위한 코치이기도합니다. 저는 현재 배우이기도 하며 발음과 듣기 이해력을 향상시키기위한 구체적인 방법을 알고 있습니다. 여러분들이 원하는 수업에 중점을두고 역동적이고 재미있는 수업이 될 것입니다.
